💳 Physical Card Delivery and Pickup

When you request a physical SiFi card, the cardholder must confirm the delivery address before printing can begin.

Notes
⚠️ Important: If you don’t confirm your delivery address, SiFi will not proceed with card printing.

📬 Step-by-Step Delivery Process

Step 1: Confirm Address in SiFi App

  1. Log in to the SiFi Mobile App.

  2. Go to Cards → Pending Activation.

  3. Confirm or update your delivery address to initiate the card printing and delivery process.


Step 2: Courier Contact (SMSA)

  • Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive a message from our courier partner SMSA.

  • This message will contain a confirmation link to verify your delivery address.


Step 3: Complete Address Confirmation

  • Tap the confirmation link from SMSA.

  • Review the address and confirm it.


Step 4: Choose Your Delivery Location

You can select one of the following:

  • The address saved in your SMSA account.

  • A different location of your choice.


Step 5: Select an Alternate Delivery Option

If you choose a different location, you can:

  • Pick up your card from an SMSA office.

  • Share a pin location for delivery.

  • Enter your short national address for precise delivery.

👉 If you provide a new pin location, the card will be delivered to that updated location.


Step 6: Review & Confirm Delivery Address

  • Double-check all details.

  • Submit your confirmation to proceed with card dispatch.


Step 7: Card Delivery or Pickup

  • Home Delivery → Your card will arrive within 2 business days after confirmation.

  • Pickup Option → You’ll be notified once the card is ready for collection at the nearest SMSA office.


🛡️ Security Notes


  • Only the cardholder can confirm delivery.

  • Make sure the mobile number and address linked to your SiFi profile are correct.

  • If you don’t receive the SMSA message within 3 business days, contact support@sifi.sa or call 920031030.
