Cards in SiFi go through different statuses that reflect their current phase or state. These statuses help Admins and Cardholders manage card usage, security, and lifecycle effectively.
π Both Admins and Cardholders can take actions on cards (lock, cancel, or report issues), depending on the status.
Card Statuses Explained

Active
The card has been successfully activated and is ready for use.
β³ Pending
The card request has been created but not yet approved. It cannot be activated at this stage.
π² Pending Activation
The card request has been approved and is waiting for the cardholder to activate it.
β Rejected
The card request has been declined and will not move forward.
π Locked
The card has been temporarily locked by the cardholder (e.g., if not in use).
π The cardholder can unlock it anytime.
π« Blocked
The card has been locked by an Admin due to company policy or security concerns.
π Only Admins can unlock it.
π Cancelled
The card has been permanently cancelled and cannot be reactivated or used again.
β οΈ Temporary Fraud Block
SiFi has placed a temporary block due to suspicious activity.
π The card may be unlocked once the transaction is verified.
π Cancelled Due to Fraud
The card has been permanently cancelled due to confirmed fraudulent activity.
π A replacement card must be requested.
π΅ Lost / Stolen
The card has been marked as lost or stolen by the cardholder or Admin.
π You can request a replacement card.
π Replaced
The card has been replaced with a new one, typically after being reported lost, stolen, expired, or compromised.
